By this time last year, we had already experienced 3 days of 70 degree weather, can you believe it?
Not too much is new with me. I am going wedding dress / bridesmaid dress shopping near Lansing with Jinnifer and Lorie tomorrow. I think we are all anxious about it. I for one am looking forward to the motivation to get my butt in shape! Only 5 months to go -- oh Lord, give me the strength...
On the plus side (no pun intended), I am still tied for 1st in my NCAA pool. More for pride than anything but that's ok.
Oh, right, I almost forgot, I got the live music booked for the wedding ceremony today. How very exciting! I get so anxious thinking about the fun I think it is going to be just having all my friends there. I really want it to get here quickly in many respects, but I also know that it is at the end of summer, so I don't want it to come TOO fast either -- what a dilemma, right?
I'm actually almost done with all the big planning stuff though. We're still figuring out the cake situation and I have to do some hotel arrangements, etc. but for the most part, everything is settling right into place. I don't know if I'm just lucky or what but things have just fallen my way and with great deals too! The little details can wear on my brain but Kim and the girls have been such a tremendous help with their input and opinions. I can't wait for all of us to just have a good time and party it up!
I hear it is going to be sunny and warmer tomorrow. I hope so. I've changed the blog colors to get me in the mood for spring just in case.
